The Pole set has a spear top for California Bear flag and eagle top for U.S. Stars & Stripes. Flag sold separately - Refer to Item# 495400 for ceremonial U.S. flag. Refer to Item# 496700 for California Bear ceremonial flag. To ensure maximum stability, fill with clean dry sand. Sand not included.
